A increasing number of regional textile and fibre artists have participated in the Textile Palette Exhibition since its inception is 2016 and expressions of interest to participate are growing. From the inaugural event at Gallery5, followed by subsequent annual events at the Red Door Gallery and now The Warehouse Clunes, The Textile Palette Exhibition has become a biennial event of interest from artists across the country.

In previous years the opening events have attracted a wide range of textile art enthusiasts and collectors and the recent successful 2024 exhibition ‘DISTORTION, the evolution of body enhancement’ in the Esmond Gallery at The Warehouse Clunes, with 44 participating artists and 51 artworks on display was no exception. The event hosted an exceptional array of work, including sculptural, framed + unframed, art quilts and hanging installations.
